Boys get 100's of touches on the soccer ball while incorporating some short distance running and direction changing exercises.
Soccer Training Sessions are always focused on getting the players lots of touches on the soccer ball and explosive movement with different changes in direction.
Boys are U15, U14, U13, U12, U11 & U10 ages.
