Soccer training videos to remind me how I used to be years from now.
I am 35 years old at the shooting of this video.
I hope that players of all ages will try these soccer training videos at home and use them to improve touches, agility, speed, fitness while having fun.
Individual soccer drills at home kick off with 5 - 10 minutes of stretching the lower back, quads, hamstrings, and calves.
When the body is stretched and warmed up, it will be willing to work harder.
Following my stretch are footwork soccer drills, mixing in lots of touches with the soccer ball, and finishing with strength training drills.
Every week this training plan gets longer as I come up with new ideas to get the most out of the training time.
If you want a more intense soccer workout, repeat both soccer training videos one after another.
Don't let Motivation get in the way.
Write it, plan it, DO IT!
Motivation only works at certain times.
Don't rely on Motivation, what really matters is training when the
motivation is not there.
Soccer training workout at home should be done with high intensity and 1-2 minute breaks between the soccer drills. Mistakes are not significant, slow down, and focus on the correct technique and form.
This is the second soccer training video at home and another 30 - 45 minutes of high-intensity soccer training at home.
Soccer training at home is fun and rewarding. Don't look for shortcuts, but look at the big picture. One day at a time can lead to 365 days in a year. One year seems like a long time, but what about 5 or 10, or 20.
Consistency and hard work lead to success in anything, including this beautiful game we call Soccer here in the USA.
