YOUTH SOCCER PASSING GAME

Youth soccer passing game is a fun way to set up a soccer passing drill within a small sided soccer game.

Young players will need to be encouraged to pass the soccer ball with the inside of the foot firmly and accurately.

These games should be timed 3-5 minutes.

Players need to learn to always train at a game like pace, unless instructed otherwise.

  • Keep possession through a set number of passes completed, before attempting to score a goal.
  • Add Punishment for loosing team in the form of sprints, pushups, sit ups, or my favorite BUTS UP, where the losing team has to get in goal, head down, while every player on the winning team takes a kick with intent of kicking the soccer ball at one of the losing teams players. Commonly known as "Butts Up".
